The 60s featured a number of diverse fashion trends. It was a decade that broke tradition. Early in the decade, we saw culottes and the bikini in 1963, which was first featured in the movie Beach Party.

Mary Quant invented the mini-skirt/mini-dress, so popular in the late 1960s.

And now, as all fashion trends, we see some 60’s influence in shoe styles, coming around yet again. Big, bold buckles, shiny materials and fun colors. A perfect example is the Soho Heel from Cindy Says.
