		<description>I&#039;ve always heard it was bad to walk &quot;Heel, toe&quot; because it causes most people to rock their foot like they would in flats-- which will cause the heel to break/lead to injuries... most things I&#039;ve read suggest that you walk flat footed to prevent this.
