Candy anyone? The new trend for this Spring is … NEON! That’s right – neon colors. Yes, I know it is a flashback to the 80s, but as we all know, fashion is cyclical. Please do not wear head-to-toe neon, however. Experts are telling us to just wear a punch of neon: neon shoes, neon earrings, neon bangles, and/or other neon accessories. Your outfit should otherwise be neutral – think, black, white, beige.
