Michelle Obama’s Shoes on Inauguration

She wore Jimmy Choo’s “Glacier” pumps, in a retro green at today’s historic Inauguration of her husband, Barack Obama. She recieved praise and jeers across the internet for he bold choice. Her gloves were a matching green evidentily and some people did not like how it went with the maize yellow. We tended to like the choice here at Heels.com, but you be the judge? Did you like the outfit?

If you are looking for a more affordable option, I suggest looking at Jessica Simpson’s pumps, which will rarely run you over $100 as opposed to the $600+ Jimmy Choo’s. Also, check out Jessica Simpson’s black vanity heel. It is not the same cool green Michelle is rocking, but it is a similar style.

It’s a very bold fashion choice! If anything, I think it’s inspirational, whether I like it or not, as it reminds people she has a style that is all her own and not the product of her breeding.

I thought she looked absolutely fabulous as she always has. It was nice to see a woman wearing heels and walking with HER man down Penn. Ave. She and Hillary are smart attorneys, not dumb cows like Laura.

She was beautiful, I like the choice. I think that’s aweful to say about Laura Bush, she is equally a class-act and has done a lot for women in Afghanistan and the Middle East as far as breast cancer work and I can’t beleive people can be so foolish to call her a cow.
