You could achieve this modern edgy look easily.  Look for heavy fabric in dark gray or black tones.  It should have simple lines and a geometric shape.  Wear a black turtle neck and accent the drab colors with some electric blue.  The piece de resistance is clearly the knee high black patent leather boot.  From Left to right featured are Apepazza’s Oleandro Black patent boot, Nine West’s Gallivant patent, and Chinese Laundry’s Debit patent.  All fine mod choices.
