The Teen Choice Awards were held Sunday night and a bevy of young starlets strutted down the red carpet. Big winners for the night included Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez (who would’ve guessed?), but the real winners were in the fashion category. From Gossip Girls to Pretty Little Liars, these young fashionista’s were my nominee’s to take home best dressed.
