Maryann, a Maenad, prepared a Greek wedding with the locals! Sookie Stackhouse was the maid of honor. Lafayette and Tara served as hand-picked bridesmaids under Maryann’s spell. They all wore long, white gowns and crowns of thorns. All of this done in the name of Dionysus, Maryann’s groom and god.

Unfortunately, this most-watched HBO series almost never display each character’s shoes. Although, we, the audience assume that they are there. Here are some True Blood inspired suggestions for Maryann’s wedding. Hope you like …

Valerie Cruz –”Isabel”–was promoted as new sheriff in Dallas, Texas, last week on True Blood. She’s an older vampire who readily assisted and shared a great love for the late sheriff–Allan Hyde’s character “Godric.” When “Godric” went missing, she rounded the vampires in a vamp-hunt for him.  After learning that Godric offered himself as a self-sacrifice in order to make peace with humans, she also finds that her human-companion was the dirty dog who betrayed her kind.
