While I personally believe white can be worn all year long, now is the time when most people feel comfortable wearing white shoes. White shoes look great when worn with a nautical outfit, as part of an ethereal ensemble or when going casual with a pair of boyfriend jeans. When I was growing up, I loved Ariel, also known as the Little Mermaid, so much that I wanted to be her. Isn’t it every little girl’s dream to play in the water all day, treasure hunting, singing songs, daydreaming about boys? No? Just mine?

Ariel is whimsical, curious, and bubbly, with a slight rebellious streak.  A gal like that needs shoes to match such a sweet yet strong personality. A gal like that was meant to wear great shoes… After all, she is a princess!

Who can forget when she’s dancing around in her secret treasure trove, dreaming of dancing around on… “What do they call those again? Oh yeah. Feet.” I fully believe that when she was saying she wanted to be part of OUR world, it was because she wanted to wear shoes.
